After 1 year, baby should eat 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Feed foods like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, veg cutlet, boiled egg, omelette, pan cakes, waffle, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia and milk.
