Q.
Hi I had normal delivery but am having issues in production of milk from the start only. In whole day production was about 60ml only . My baby is 3 months old and the milk quantity has reduced. My baby also had cow milk protein allergy , so doctor has restricted all the milk and milk related products for me . Please help me how to increase my milk supply

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom , as per the baby age avoid cows milk as it isnt recommended at all till the age of 1 year. instead would suggest to opt for lactose free milk if lactcose intolernace is their or formula milk
