Hi i had normal delivery 64 days back. Cooler gali thagilithe, Naaku arikallu mantalu vastunnayi. plz suggest me remedy.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well its ok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
