Hi i had my periods regular since ny baby’s birth last year but this month i m having an abdomen pain and spotting blood yesterday after that no bleeding! Any help please

A. It may be due to hormonal imbalance. Or if you feel that you may be pregnant, you can check for urine pregnancy test and have proper consultation with your doctor.
