Q.

Hi.. i had my delivery through c-section and i done with my family planning also.. And my body weight is 83kgd ,my baby is 67days old.. Can I do cycling to reduce my weight.. pls suggest me

A. yes you can. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Hello mom No you should not start doing any sort of workout at least till your baby turned six months old. Because body needs a total rest till the time. If you are a lactating mother then you should also maintain a proper diet. And you can start doing basic workout only once your baby turned six months old
