hi, i had my csection and family planning operation on 7th Dec 2020. what kind of exercise can i do now to reduce tummy and weight

A. Hello dear, you can begin with simple exercises just to elevate your stamina. Then gradually mice to aerobics and cumrunches when you feel you are okay with exercising. Also when ou begin, then do it just for for few minutes. Slowly increase the intensity.
