Q.

hi .. I had muscles pain, joints pain and also now from morning I'm having joint pain.. doctor identified there is calcium difficiency through x-ray..can you pls suggest.. what all I can eat

A. start vitamin d..iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have Sunbath every morning for half an hour. massage well with coconut oil once

A. U Should start with a proper calcium supplement as soon as you can like a heavy dosage of calcium would be required apart from that you should have good amount of dairy products because they are also rich in calcium and consult a nutritionist for a proper diet plan
