Q.
Hi I had intercourse with my partner 5 days before ovulation date. My period day was supposed to be on 28th Oct but I did not get my periods yet. i have acne though. could it just mean a hormonal imbalance? until how long can I wait for my period ?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. If you had regular cycles and if you missed periods then do a pregnancy test and check if you are actually pregnant or not.
If it is negative then consult your gynecologist

You Should take a test as of now and if it is negative then yes it could be due to hormonal changes but it’s better that you get it checked once with your doctor in that case then if the test is what is positive then you know the result and if it is negative then consulting the gynaecologist would be the right
