Hi , I had hypothyroid and was taking 75 mcg tablet.. it was normal.. Now my weight reduced from 74.8 to 70.3kg.. so tested thyroid again.. free T3 and free T4 are normal range but only TSH is increased to 9.. So shall I need to increase my Tablwt dosage from 75mcg to 87.5 mcg.. 12.5 mcg more.. Thank you Poornima

A. hi poornima you should not increase your dose of thyroid medication by yourself please consult your treating doctor as he would know your case better and advise you.
