Hi, I had episiotomy 22 days back, and have been using metrogyl p ointment thrice a day but still having pain and discomfort in sitting. threads have been dissolved but the pain and swelling is still there. how do I know that it's healing or not ,? For how many days I will have to use ointment? plz suggest.

A. Hello dear parent, it would be better to stay in touch with your doctor for medical examination and treatment on that basis. Kindly do not stop the application of ointment without consulting with your doctor . Good luck and take 6
