Hi, I had delivered a baby last month, he is 1 month old now, I successfully breastfed him till now, last night I experienced sudden milk supply drop and the baby is crying. also I have lost 4 kg weight after delivery. the reason for milk supply drop is because of low calorie food? please let us know...

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy1 week agoA. Hi mom The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Let the baby Suck and milk will be produced... Also drink plenty of water to increase ur breast milk supply.
