Q.

Hi I had a vaginal delivery . My bleeding had stopped at 3 week postpartum. At 6 weeks again bleeding has started . It feels like a period to me . Is it normal to get my period back this early ? I breastfeed my baby and also give little formula when I feel she is fussy.
