Hi I had a TSH test done 2 days ago, and my result was 2.22 mIU/L. I'm 30 years old, and the normal TSH range for my age is 0.5 to 5.5 mIU/L. Does this mean I have a thyroid problem or not?

You see the figure that you have mentioned 2.22 is well within the referral range right so that means it is completely fine you don’t have a TSH positive so you don’t have a problem don’t need to worry about it but just crosscheck with your doctor for your satisfaction
