Q.

Hi! I had a normal delivery and it's been 1 and half month.. Can i exercise now??? Also I have pain on my thighs, knees and ankle.

A. the pains in joints will be due to hormonal changes and you can start working out as early as 6 weeks after giving birth but don't do any dieting as long as you exclusively breast feed your baby
