Q.

hi.. I had a habit of eating uncooked rice when I was in school.. now I'm 32 years old and I have two kids.. again that habit has come up and in eating 3 times or even more a day.. how do I stop eating uncooked rice? does it cause weight gain? already I'm weighing more and don't want to put on weight

A. It is not good to eat raw rice as it becomes very difficult to digest so you should start a calcium supplement for 2 months and try to control these cravings and eat banana
