Q.

Hi, I had a 4 to 5 weeks pregnancy miscarriage recently on Nov 18. And since then I did not get my periods. Is it normal post that or should I consult the doctor. How soon can I expect my periods?

A. ok. Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
