Answer is YES, provided you follow all safety measures.
- if you and your baby are staying in same room, maintain some distance whenever possible
- sanitize your room
- wear a mask and wash your hands throughly while breastfeeding
- if you are too I'll to breastfeed, then use a breast pump and let the baby have the expressed milk
Somehow let your baby have the breast milk because risk of Covid 19 infection is low in infants while the consequences of not breastfeeding or separating child from mother can be significant.
