Q.

Hi I delivered baby boy 15 days before. please suggest me diet plan. which and all fruits I can eat?

A. Hello Mom it’s important to keep yourself well hydrated with fluids , apart form water vegetable soups , jeera or ajwain or saunf water as well , milk. Have panjiri that’s very much essential for a new mom for her over all health and also milk production. Have soft and easy to digest foods which are mildly flavoured and spiced . Fruits you can have all seasonal and locally available fruits , but fruits like mango etc have in small quantities and be mindful
