Hi I delivered a child 6 month back and I got periods after 2 month of delivery my baby is on breastfeed. From last 2 month I do not get periods worried

A. its absolutely ok if no menses for two months.then you are breastfeeding as well so its normal.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout
