Hi i delivered a baby boy on July 1st , but I am getting little amount of milk ... there is no tingling sensation nor heavyness in my breast ... please help me to increase my milk supply

A. ma'am koi baat nhi mujhe b milk bahut Kam aaya mene baby ko formula milk pilaya sb bolte the brest milk ka but aata nhi tha to formula pilaya wo bahut healthy h ap bhi wahi de or rest kre ye ap ka bhi second jaman h. God bless you

A. Hello dear parent! Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet
