Q.
hi i delivered a baby boy 1 month 15 days back. as per doctor suggestion am using lactare tabs n galact powder but no improvement of breast milk. am having 30 to 40 ml milk for every 2 hrs that's not enough to my baby. plz suggest how can I improve breast milk.

Some others doesn’t get sufficient milk even after taking of medication and in such case, you should definitely start giving formula milk to your baby. Formula milk is the best alternative of mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till your baby turned six months old.
