A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age.d deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor. there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also.d so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

A. hello in general baby can start with the teeth around 6 months to 9 months and in the case of a late bloomer it can even start around 14 month also and it is absolutely nothing to worry. if the child does not get teeth or no sign of teething till 14 months then you may check with your doctor and she can guide you accordingly
