Q.

Hi, I am sharing my baby's routine, she is 1 year , 5 months old. Morning 7:30-8 wake up : Within half hour of her wake up, we give her one or half biscuit , or sometimes cow's milk. 8:30-8:45 : Breakfast as MTR upma/oats + cooked dal / daliya + cooked dal/ vegetable maggi / prantha with egg/ poha with curd/ aloo prantha/ idli 11-11:30 : Half plain prantha / makhanas/ cheeselings / atta laddoo / namkeen biscuits 12 o clock : 160 ml cow's milk Nap time from 1 to 3 3:30- 4 : Lunch as in Raita , shakkar roti , rice + sabzi ...Sabzi mostly matar paneer / chicken gravy / aloo curry / lauki / tori / aloo .../veg khichdi with raita 6:00 -6:30 : Any fruit mostly apple or banana 7:30 : Dinner as in dosa/ broccoli soup with toasted bread/ pancakes/ oats suji cheela/ besan cucumber cheela / prantha with egg or aloo prantha 9pm : cow's milk 160 ml 11:30 pm : Nanpro milk around 240 ml Her daily food items vary as above options... Please let me know if I need to make some changes in her diet or what other recipes I can add. She is mostly liking spicy or salty food.

A. that's perfect. you can continue with this also give all family food which you prepare for other family members. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
