Hi I am not able to produce milk since 1 week as I am taking wanto lact capsules and galact granules powder even the supply is very very low what should I do

A. If I am able to read it correct your child is one year in one month old so if you want to now it is a good time for you to introduce a supplementary milk for the child if you are unable to produce sufficient amount of breastfeeding if you already taking lactation supplements yet not helping sufficiently then if you want you can switch to another milk otherwise you can consult a lactation doctor one time
