you will have to drink plenty of water and should have some physical activity.
regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation.
important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water.r
if constipation doesn't improve it can lead to to piles and bleeding due to its comprlication
many times constipation medicine is prescribed by the gynecologist if the constipation is not improving with dietary modification.

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello have plenty of water and fluids and since you are a breastfeeding mum it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
