Hi. I am mother of 11 months old baby. Till now I did not get my periods back after delivery. Is it something to worry? Also I am not exclusively breastfeeding. My baby is on both breast milk and formula.

A. there is nothing much to worry about as some will get there first menstrual cycle started after one year of delivery.. you may wait then consult the gynaecologist regarding the same.. take care of yourself.. have healthy and balanced diet..
