hi I am mom of 2 days old baby i am not getting brest milk my baby is on formula it's normal delivery pls help me how to increase brest milk

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist5 days agoA. Namaste Mom Not to stress much, as it is a natural process and it tends to vary from women to women as such massage your breast , and also try to keep the baby close to you and try to press the nipple a little to see if milk is produced

Shatavari how you can take three times in the day with warm milk along without a good diet and plenty of fluids will help in enhancing your lactation it happens with some women that immediately they cannot make milk it takes a week to 10 days but it happens it happened eventually
