hi I am having weight gain issues. Pls suggest some diet for this.

A. hi dear mum , consistent effort reduce your calorie intake from high fat sugar containing foods n beverages , pricessed packaged foods intake ifclean protein n fibre food 2-3 lt water intake daily exercise

A. Regular exercise and drink atleast 8 glass of water everyday. Include more proteins in your diet it keeps tummy full for longer period of time.
