Q.

Hi, i am having twins boy and girl. At this age they are able to speak English some words and some very small sentences like I WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL, IT'S BROKEN, I GOT HURT, etc. But they're unable to speak telugu like that. How to make them learn that? Is it a delay? They can understand telugu if we speak. But they're unable to speak.

A. hello yes it can be a delay and any concern then kt is better to check with your doctor and he will ne qble ti guide u accordingly wich is better and also safe too and js absolutely nothing to worry about and encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak
