Hi I am having big belly after my second delivery. family planning also done.now it's 4th month .it's caesarian. how to get normal tummy again?

A. wellits actually little tough but you can achieve or it. try yo t eat less in small portion abs take lots of fruit n vegetables. take lors of qatwr too ok
