hi I am having bad knee pain after the 10 days of my delivery it's been 2 months of my delivery .. having iron n calcium tablet also.. but no good result

it might happen because of vitamin D and vitamin B12 deficiencies
so please take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
avoid drinking RO water
don't sit or stand for long period
take a support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
