Q.

Hi! I am having abdominal pain from ladt one week! Periods not coming and test too came negative! What to do?

A. Take hot water to relieve pain and start raking overnight soaked seven black raisins with two to three strands of Kesar in it and in morning chew them well and eat and drink that water as well

Wait for three motors if you still do not get your periods and you are not pregnant then maybe it’s just to hormonal disturbance that you’re facing this kind of a problem in that case I would advise you to have a check up with your gynaecologist further whatever is needed the doctor would be able to help you properly on that
