Q.

hi.. I am from sweden. here the winter was started and we are having the low degree of temperature, so my baby is frequently getting running nose.. so could you please help me with some suggestions to avoid running nose and other symptoms. I need some precautions like chart or any advise. thank you 😌

A. I am in Sweden as well. it is common problem in kids here. My suggestion is from my previous experience do not give your baby head bath frequently. Dress properly and give hot oil massage.

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congegdrstion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
