Q.

Hi I am feeling pinching pain in my left side upper chest and my shoulder is paining while doing some work or lifting something. Is it muscle pain or something. please advise

A. May be it is muscle pain and you can also take certain precautions but if you do not get relief in next few days then its better to consult a doctor

A. this appears to be type of neurological pain due to either entrapment of the nerves or due to some dtype of nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin b12 deficiency.. please meet your doctor because neurological examination and physical examination will be required. for pain you can dtake paracetamol.
