hi i am Feeding mom and i am getting light stomachache any remidies and medicine suggestions?

mild pain can be due to Uterine contractions happening during breastfeeding due to hormonal fluctuations.
in case of severe pain.
its better to consult your gynaecologist for routine check up

please do the following things:
keep your body well hydrated
take light food like khichdi, curd rice with roasted jeera powder, upma, fruits etc.
you can take two three mint leaves with pinch of salt and pepper powder , few drops of lemon and ginger juice.
maintain good hygiene
