Q.

hi I am Delivered my 1st baby on 1st December 2020 and got periods on May 25th and I missed my periods on this month and I have checked today that is 36th day from from LMP and got negative result... please advice am I pregnant or its normal to get periods after postpartum ah?

A. do a upt if negative then not pregnant ok. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
