Hi, I am breastfeeding mother. I am having runny nose & sneezing. is it ok to take paracip tablet during breastfeeding. pls advise

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a propber dose for 3-5 days as per the gsymptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

See if it is not an antibiotic it if it is a basic medicine of cold then you can take it because the doctor say that basic medicines can be taken during breastfeeding Just medicines which are antibiotics or which are specifically on doctors prescription those medicines you should not be takingWrite Your Answer Here
