hi I am asking this question on behalf of my wife, she is in her 1st trimester 10weeks 2days, occasionally she is having lower abdominal pain mild to medium. is this normal?

A. in first trimester of pregnancy probably the pain your wife is having may not be normal it is always advisable to consult a doctor for proper examination and advice in this regard
