hi, I am about to start solid for my baby who is completing 6m soon . in starting how many times I should give solid(Puree etc) only once for few weeks or i can give 2-3 times a day and plus breast milk.

U Should start with one time in the day and then two times and then three times so one time in the days and after a week to them then after a week three times gradually the system of the child will also get used to having different food a different timings and rest of the time you can continue with breast feeding
