Q.

hi i am a working mother. my daughter is 9 months and she is under supervision of her grand parents only while i stay in office. she is fed by cow milk and formula and even we started her giving solid foods also. as pandemic is getting worse again i am seriously worried about my daughter's health bcz she fed breastmilk till 3 months only. will she get infected? what all precautions should i take to prevent her from getting infected?

A. hi no mam ,many babies are there for whom it is not possible to get their mother's milk it doesn't mean that they get infection . it is ok. just feed homemade healthy food to your child give citrus fruits more which help to increase your child immunity. prefer weather appropriate clothes for your child. keep your child well hydrated give sunbath for 20 minutes a day. Looking at current scinareo of covid , please avoid going outside especially with your young baby. hold your baby and her things only after washing your hands. maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer.
