Yes You can give all kind of dry fruits to the child and also I would tell you the natural ingredients which I know what and natural substitute that’s beetroot spinach and pomegranate they are the best wants to go for and if you’re giving any iron supplement to the child that will do its work but try to incorporate these things in the raw form into your child’s appetite not spinach vegetables
