Hi i am a breastfeeding mother of 1 year old i have gained Around 15kgs after my cesarean how can i lose weight without losing my milk Plz help me with an effective advice

A. Dear mum, to lose weight in a healthy way, you should eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.
