hi I am 7months pregnant .I am getting wrist pain for both hands.The pain is very severe during sleep. help me in this.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Carpal tunnel syndrome is a condition that occurs as a result of swelling around the nerves of your wrist. It can cause numbness, tingling or pain in one or both of your hands. If you are pregnant, you're particularly susceptible to the disorder.apply heat to the wrist to help reduce pain. use an ice pack, which can also help decrease swelling.
