A. it is not advisable to take any Cough medicine cold medicine during 4th month of pregnancy you have to consult a Doctor depending on the need proper advice will be given to you

A. Crocin Is the correct medicine that you can take right now according to my gynaecologist this is the safest want to go for for all the options but since you’re suffering for other cold and cough issues you can nebulise yourself with water you can take steam and also if needed please consult your gynaecologist only
