hi. I am 39weeks 3days pregnant. just 4days left to my delivery due date... today I went to hospital for weeks check up doctors told me come to hospital on delivery due date early morning 6 am for delivery we will do it. if there is pains u can come on any time if there is no pains come on due date we will deliver it. I got very tensed. I don't know what's happening on that day . I want a normal delivery without pain

A. well thete can be a pain less delivery which id epi dural ok.you can ask your doctor to give you that too.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

A. meanwhile you can try some exercises like open leg squats,duck walk and walking, stay hydrated and have 4-6 dates every day you never know when you get the pains naturally.

A. doctors have told you to come on the due date because you are not getting labour pains by yourself. they will induce the pain by giving medications and you if everything is fine meaning if you have a normal pregnancy you will surely have a normal delivery. don't worry about that I have also gone through it and had a normal delivery.

A. hi I understand your concern but please don't take stress for the things which are not under your control. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated stay active, happy and positive. must follow your doctor's advice.
