Q.

Hi I am 37 years old in Jan I have conceived as per ultrasound my pregnancy is of 5 week and sac growth is 1.21 is it normal or should I abort?

A. if you are willing to continue with the pregnancy you need to wait for sometime and the Heartbeat mostly appears after 6 to 7 weeks of pregnancy so you can get a proper confirmation after that for the cardiac activity and then decide

A. She seems fine to me but if it was meant to be terminated or something I believe a doctor would have suggested do the same so whatever doubts you have associated with the size you may as well check with your doctor and go for what the doctor has to advise
