Hi, I am 36 weeks pregnant, I have concern regarding my weight. Starting first month I was 70 kg and now in 9th month I am 76 , So is this fine? I think I have not gained estimated weight. Kindly help with a solution.

A. hello dear it's just not depends on singel factor but on your pre-pregnancy weight and body mass index like of u were underweight before pregnancy then u can gain 13 to 18 kg if u were normal then 11 to 16 kg and of overweight then 7 to 11 kg and if obese then 5 to 9 kg bmi depends on height as well if baby is growing well then don't worry
