Hi , I am 36 week pregnant , my baby condition is good and it is cephalic postion and animatic flood level aslo good,and blood is 10 , I am looking for normal delivery pls suggest what needs to do for the normal delivery

A. all looks ok.do not worry.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.
