hi...I am 35 week pregnant. me jab so kr uthati Hu tab muh me Pani k sath blood bhi hota hai..esa kyu?

A. Hi dear There can be swollen gums, and sometimes the gums can also bleed during pregnancy. Due to this u might see blood coming with saliva from ur mouth. But it is better to get it checked with doctor
