Q.

Hi i am 30 years ( mother or a 22 months old baby boy ). Some times i have so much pain in left leg theighs nerve for few seconds and it happens once or twice in month and this is happening since 5 months is there anything serious ???

A. Get it checked once so consult a physician to rule it is it sciatica if the pain radiates from the lower back till your ankle and massage your lower back hip and leg with sesame oil on regular basis

A. Maybe it is just a muscle pull or nerve related pain which is happening and sometimes it could be due to deficiency also or when you’re sitting posture or sleeping posture is not correct I cannot give you confidence whether it is serious or not but you can get exam for better clarity doesn’t seem like a big problem but assessment would be good if you want to get it done
